KnowEntry Privacy Policy
KnowEntry is a travel checklist app for entry requirements such as visas, travel authorizations and arrival cards. It is built to work without an account and to keep your information on your device. KnowEntry is published by JKB Operations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what that means in practice.
The short version
- There is no account or sign-in.
- We never ask for your passport number, date of birth or other identity details.
- Your trips and checklists are stored only on your device. We don't have a copy.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. They are never personalized, and we never ask to track you.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Information stored on your device
The trips you create (trip name, destination countries and travel dates), your checklist progress, and your app settings are saved in the app's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this information.
Reminders about upcoming deadlines are scheduled by your device's own notification system. We only ask for notification permission after you create your first trip, and you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Information that leaves your device

We request only non-personalized ads, so ads are not based on your interests or activity in other apps, and the app never asks for permission to track you or uses your device's advertising ID for targeting. | Buying Premium | Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, never your payment details. |

What we don't do
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We don't use analytics or crash-reporting services.
- We don't fill in visa or entry forms for you, and we don't collect the information those forms ask for.
- We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except as described above.
Children
KnowEntry is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Delete a trip in the app, or delete the app, to remove your data from your device.
- Buy Premium to remove ads.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
